Contract
Our contract is non-exclusive and non-binding. There are no obligations. A signed contract simply allows us to be poised and ready to serve any stat need that may arise. Take advantage of our daily PRN staffing (if available in your area). No term limits are required. By introducing an ample, yet contained labor force, we maintain that element of "continuity of care" for your patients. You may then choose the individuals you are most comfortable with for your routine assignments.

Rates
Our rates always remain the most competitive in the market. Additionally, to simplify matters, there are few shift differentials.

Term Assignments
Individual term assignments are available as well. You customize the time frame from one week to perpetuity. Where available, you may interview our contract professional in person.
Insurance
Our insurance coverage is $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate; one of the most extensive coverages offered today for Medical Professional Liability Insurance.

EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
TRA is a medical staffing firm that responds to the “PRN” staffing needs of its clients. We cater to an array of Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Care Agencies and Ground/Air Transport Companies. As a member of TRA you may, at your discretion, choose from available assignments that best suit your personal needs, availability, travel range and comfort level. Provide us with your availability and we target those dates and times for you. Our pay scales are competitive and meet geographical market value. Payroll is processed weekly.
Once the application process is complete, and you maintain current certifications, you are active with TRA until your availability is withdrawn. The forms presented on line are the initial application documents. For added security, we will mail or email the additional forms requiring more personal and security sensitive information. All employee files remain private and protected for TRA and clientele use only.
